the aching;

the yearning;

the longing;

the emptiness

that seem to worsen with each 

passing breath-

consumes me.

i can hear my soul  

        calling for you

telling me it needs you 

weeping....

in agony so intense that 

tears 

     flood my eyes

but my pride 

my dignity 

   newly acquired;

tells me to walk away.

is this just another test?

the ones i seem to fail religiously

can a love like this 

be real to me?

amazing what one does 

when finally presented 

with true love.

it seems to have stirred a fire in me.

one that burns 

one that completely 

clears all in it's path. 

revealing behind it green pastures 

and harmony ever lasting.

could it be real?

real that what i intended 

manifested.

real that i created such a beautiful 

masterpiece. 

do i trust my power?

   or do i trust the lies?

     that is the battle,

that plagues me 

                 so eloquently..

but when i look into your eyes 

my soul is eased 

pleased 

with the familiarity 

it had yearned for 

centuries 

     to find again, 

and through your eyes 

i saw into myself 

clearer than i ever have 

i hold you dear 

like you were the last star 

in the sky 

feeling your every rhythm,

 your sway 

your heartbeat 

lingering 

i feel your very essence 

flowing all over me 

and in my dreams 

you visit me 

always right by my side. 

how could i be away from something 

  so beautiful 

      so pure 

              so sacred. 

how can i live on 

knowing that your out there 

but not mine 

i have to find out 

what it feels like 

to love me 

and through this 

you'll see 

and i know 

you'll come back to me

 fully. 

i'll be waiting 

though my heart aches 

and my soul weeps 

my strength and knowing 

will prevail 

love knows no barrier 

and so i let love flow 

just how it chooses to go 

healed;

enlightened;

i am.

the magnitude of your love

 leaves me speechless

for the first time 

i cannot seem to 

materialize these emotions 

that well up inside 

and as they flood over me 

i am carried onward into 

a bliss so sweet 

as my heart sings to 

the rhythm of our love 

edging forward 

longing to merge into one

     Who knew? Dreams really do come true if you just believe. I have been granted the ultimate gift: your love. And as it swells inside of my being I am carried away in a bliss so sweet; until I'm completely lost in you. Becoming one soul, whole and pure again. All in your reflection I see everything I've ever admired, everything I am inside but too afraid to let out. I see love, I see strength, I see kindness, I see beauty. I see you. Clearer than I've ever seen anything else. Is it possible that we could be...one? One being split, brought together to help the world heal. Healing unto ourselves. Emerging ourselves in the abyss of ultimate love. Allowing it to overwhelm us, following beck and call. 

         I feel like I am in a dream. 

       Who knew? Dreams could come true if you just believed. I almost gave up. But then I felt your love well up inside of me once more and I knew. I knew you were out there somewhere. I knew you were coming back to me. I've prepared for this moment for so long and I'm so willing to take this exciting journey with you; where ever it may lead us. Following love's call in every moment. Creating our own personal paradise. Being, living, loving each other and all. 

          Keep shining your light upon me, help me heal the last of my wounds as I may heal yours. Let us experience the lure of ultimate love. Let us show the world what love really is. Let us allow this connection to deepen, expand, evolve in to something well beyond our imagination. I'm ready.
